Award from the White Line organization

THE WHITE LINE organization came out to Highlands Ranch to present me an award and thanks for working on traffic laws, in particular being the prime House sponsor for SB26-072 (Increased Penalty for Vehicular Homicide & Assault). Still boggles my mind that it takes FOUR DUIs before it is considered a felony. Served in Japan and the Japanese consider drunk driving to be the functional equivalent of shooting a gun into a crowd. You may not intend to kill or injure someone, but what the heck do you expect to happen? And they treat it accordingly.
